Stability studies- inspection lot creation

Hi all

I have this problem and expect you can help me

1) I created a  maintenance strategy whit the frecuencies 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months, We inclued all this frecuencies beacuse one material can have different studies  with different duration

2) In CWBQM I selected all this packages (3,6,9,12,18,24,36,48,60)

3) In QST01 I created the stability study, with a  scheduling period of 24 months.

When i Execute transaction IP30 the system creates:

one inspection lot for 3months frecuency

one inspection lot for 6months frecuency

one inspection lot for 9months frecuency

one inspection lot for 12months frecuency

one inspection lot for 18months frecuency

one inspection lot for 24months frecuency

one inspection lot for 36months frecuency

one inspection lot for 48months frecuency

The  study duration in this case is 24 months, so I don't want aditional lots (36, 48 months)

I  wonder if you could help me to identify  why the system is having this behavior.   I'd be glad to hear your opinion. Any ideas ?

Hi Amol

I repeated the same exercise on another client and the result was correct. In my client recently applied some enhacement packages, I think this could be  the cause.

I checked the note you indicate me, but it says  that  applies when packets have different hierarchy, in my case all have the same.

I'm checking another notes.

I appreciate any additional suggestions

Dear Diana,

If you want to maintenance strategy for 24, 36 or 48 months then you should create the different maintenance strategy in configuration.

Means for 24 months = one maintenance strategy

36 months = one maintenance strategy

48 months = one maintenance strategy

same would be use in differennt CWBQM

Means one inspection plan = one maintenance strategy

and assign it to QST01. Try it.

I just have a question. When I execute IP10 for a period of  24 months , system schedules the plan until 24 months:

But when  I execute IP30, system creates inspection lots in dates that not were scheduled in the plan:

It's ok this behavior?  I hoped inspection lots be created only on scheduled dates.

Doesn't seem to be a standard Behavior.
