Prerequisites for Preference processing

1. Define Legal Regulation
2. Assign Country and country Groups to Legal Regulations
3. Define Administration Unit
4. Define either Cross plant or Plant Based configuration
5. Define administration Unit Attributes
6. Activate Preference Agreement at country / Country Group level
7. Define Rule Set
8. Control settings for Vendor Declarations
9. Define standard texts and Logos
10. Control Settings for vendor-based Long term vendor declarations
11. Control settings for Customer based Long term vendor declarations

all the above configuration should be done to do preference processing
