Hi Experts,
I am in Support pack stack upgrade activity from SPS10 to SPS11 through SUM.Our environment is ERP6.0-->Ehp5,OS400,DB2.
I am getting error in PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION! phase.
Last error code set: Disassembling patch queue failed rc = 3, reason = 'Error when creating cofile for transport request SAPKITAB7J'<br/> If you put new packages in the download directory, use option 'init' to upload them .
Can some one please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi Rasheed,
As you confirmed that there is no space issue, firstly try to replace tp, R3trans and SAPCAR in the upgrade directory. Secondly check the permission of the user <sid>adm in the transport directory. Also check the permission of the folder where log file generated and then run your scenario again.

Hi Rasheed,
May be the /usr/sap/trans directory may be full.
Or the patch is not correctly downloaded (compare the size)
It would be better , if you paste the log

I see most of the files with 0 KB size.
Try updating the SAPCAR file.
If you have uploaded a newly downloaded package then stop the SUM tool completely.
Restart the SUM tool and start the phase again.
You need to make sure all the packages are good and there is enough free space in the transport directory.

Hi,
Please share EHP_INCLUSION.LOG file from ../SUM/abap/log/ for error analysis.

Gaurav

Possibly a corrupt package.
Check the logs present at DIR_PUT/abap/log directory
