SPM Datasource enhancement - link the corresponding DSO

Hi

I have enhanced datasource for PO Z_SADSERP3PO  in ECC and added 3 fields .

I have also created 3 new infoobjects with the same name as in data source.

I read in a blog here that if we have the same name for the fields in the DSO and Data source then

the API will automatically map it to the correspoding field in the DSO .

For some reason , its not working even though the name is same in both DSO and data source.

Can it be because the custom Infoobject we create as ZBLART in BW will be actually /BIC/ZBLART when stored in the system and in the data source

we have it is as ZBLART.

I dont want to use Custom mapping in SPM UI . is there any other way ?

Hi

This is sorted now, I changed the name of the enhanced fields to /BIC/ZBSART in the data source and

its now loading the data to the DSO.
