Unable to get user level risk violation count in GRC 10.1 ARA

hello,

unable to get the user level risk violation count but role level it is showing the violation count in GRC 10.1 access risk analysis(ARA), how we can debug the problem.

some body help me.

Go to SE80 and then click on MIME repository there you can find 2 application ORM and SAP then navigate to the below path.

Click on SAP->BC->WEB Dynpro->SAP->Public->GRC->AC->Dashboard->Risk_Analysis_user_level.

Then under this check whether all the files are ending .SWF extension if it is ending with .BKF then remove it by right clicking on it and then go to properties change it and save.After that run batch risk analysis job in full sync mode.
