Sender side File FTPS channel error

Hi ,

At sender side we are connecting to file server using FTPS protocol .It used to work till feb .Suddenly it stopped working after our PI server data center migration .

We are getting below error while connecting to sender system .

"Error occurred while connecting to the FTP server "IP address:4570": iaik.security.ssl.SSLCertificateException: Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier"

Could you please help me out ASAP .

Hi,

the issue is with so certificate, the certificates are not migrated properly to new data centre.

Please check in NWA --> certificates and keys.

Hi Sathish,

Check root certificate is maintained in the NWA and then Try to perform full cache refresh and see the result?

If problem still persists, try to regenerate the certificates for migrated data center system and maintain the same in the 'NWA --> certificates and key' along with the root certificate.
