PI NW 7.4 Upgrade Error during Run Offline Migrations

Hi All,

Has anyone faced a issue like this?

Could not execute migration controllers for action migrate.database;migrate.deploy;migrate.engine.data;migrate.default.data and scenario calculated executed in slot . Error while processing migration list E:\SUMtool\SUM\sdt\data\mig\MIGRATIONAUSF.LST. Could not migrate some archives from migration list.Possible reason is Database is down.Check if database running Error during migration of archive E:\SUMtool\SUM\sdt\data\mig\DEPLOYARCHIVES\com.sap.aii.af.ms.svc.migration.sda which has been extracted to directory E:/SUMtool/SUM/sdt/migtool/com.sap.aii.af.ms.svc.migration.Possible reason is Database is down.Check if database running Could not execute MTI process. See log files E:\SUMtool\SUM\sdt\log\SWITCH\JMT_FRAMEWORK_47.OUT and E:\SUMtool\SUM\sdt\log\SWITCH\JMT_FRAMEWORK_47.ERR. Return code condition success evaluated to false for process java.exe for action RUN_MTI.

Hello Vishal,

Did you get any workaround for this issue.?

We are also facing same error while upgrading EP from NW 7.02 to 7.4.

Hi Sachin,

Inorder to solve this issue we increased RAM size upto 32GB.And also took a backup of transaction log

And tried it again it worked.
