SolMan 7.1 SP10 Enh.Retrofit issue

Hello Experts,

We are implementing ChaRM with Retrofit.

I have see the below blogs before setting up.

Now while doing retrofit we get the bellow message and retrofit stops.The content is not getting transfered to the new TR's.

critical retrofit status is blank.

The ToC for the TR *143 is created but its not released and imported into retrofit system.

When click on "retrofit all categories" button it give the messages as below

now when will the ToC created for retrofit system will move ?

do we need to set up any thing extra apart from the above blogs for moving the contenet from original TR to the TR of retrofit system?
