how to confirm the new order instead of confirming earlier one

my client's requirement is his customer places order on some date for 100 quantity of goods and the requested delivery date is two months the delivery date is confirmed and

after two days another customer places an order for the same quantity and the requested delivery date is one week whose delivery date is after the earlier customers

so

we have to configure that the later/second order should be confirmed and not the first since the stock is 100 qnty only

how to configure

Consider the following example:

Available stock = 100.

Order A is created and confirmed for a quantity of 100.

Order B is created (with an earlier requested delivery date) and confirmed for a quantity of 0 (as the available stock has already been confirmed to order A).

As per your requirement, Order B is a higher priority than order A. Therefore, you should assign a high prority to order A (VBAP-LPRIO. In Va02, Edit - fast change of - Delivery Priority) and a lower priority to order B.

Then execute V_V2 with "Delivery Priority" = 1 under sort order. This will reassign the quantity to order B.

as per my understanding , You have created one sales order here qnty is scheduled After 2 Months

Now another customer Ordered the stock same qnty

Here im thing is schedul lines are confirmed based on different factors lead time in days , Picking time/packing time/ transportation Lead time,

So in case you have the stock in your plant If every thing is ok based on above given factors schedul lines are confirmed

Suppose if stock is not there after 2 months only schedule lines will be confirmed

but if the customer is imp and You can do Back ground process : v_ra

And if your requirement is once 1st sales order completed then only 2nd order should be scheduled means .. Then go to OVZ9--Activate sales Requirement check box
