Is it possible to optimize procurement using SNP

Need advise on the following,for a trading company procure products from sources & deliver to the distribution centres,is it possible to optimise in SNP,i defined sources as production plants & destination points as disrtibution centres,defined supply chain model in Supply chain engineer,the output should be how sources should be allocated to destination & the quantity

pls suggest your point how we can model in SNP
