Dear Experts.
I'm facing some typical issue in GRC 10.1 i.e regarding technical role assignment. We have created a new request type called " Team Member" which follows only one level of approval.
After submitting the request from standard screen and after approval, The role is not getting provisioned and following is the audit log which it is showing. Pls help me to resolve this issue.

go to MSMP, go to to stage , in modify stage settings check if manual provision in checked if yes please uncheck.
if does not work after that as well.
check your connector maintain for prov scenario, if yes, check mapping for connector mapped to 0004 as well.
if all are perfect then create provision setting for that connector
and ensure .you check create user role change and role assignment as well
and test

Kindly once check your Provisioning Settings if it is kept as manual provisioning.
