Message id is not coming selection format in RWB?

Hi folks,

In communication channel monitoring , the generated Message ID is not coming selection format

see below screen shot for the same...

where is exactly fault?

how i turn this to picked format?

please help on this...

Hi

Maybe your question is why you can't select this message? there was now message as is, this id without link shows that sender adapter was processed in its interval and didn't find any data to pick. When there will be any data, your message id will have a link to see its details.

see the fallowing screen shots ...then u can uderstood..

1)selection possible format

2) Non selection foramt

suppose if we click on Message ID ,then it will display Audit Log window...

from fig:2 u  can analyze that there is no selection format to open Audit Log window  

where is the exact problem to solve this...

I answered your question in my first post. There was no data processed. It means that sender adapter was called, but didn't process any data (there was no file to process, or sql table was empty)

Hi Ravi,

I think it does not come for selection criteria. we have to copy the message id and filter it from Message Monitoring by selecting show additional criteria.

Hi Ravi,

Message seems to be ( Processing Finished Successfully). Please let us know which Adapter has been used. Please check your target system if Message has been processed?

As in the above case mentioned, we can get the selection criteria as Message processing completed successfully.

Hi Ravi,

What is exact issue you are facing? What is the expect format? Do you want to this ID anywhere in the configuration or mapping?

If you simple want to search this generated id in I.E. just remove "-" from the msgid.

Hi Ravi,

Not sure if I understand your question correctly. Are you asking why in sxi_monitor the msgid is in all-caps while in rwb it is in small-caps? The data type for msgid in the backend is SXMSMGUID its domain SYSUUID. When looking at the domain, under the definition tab, you will see that the lower case is not checked. This is the reason why every msgid entered in sxi_monitor gets converted to upper case.

In rwb, I think it is always in small-caps.
