Issue while downloading the data from the dashboards

Is their any way to download the files form the dashboard as in my case i have around 20000 users and out of which only 8 having risk but as the data comes in pie chart so its tough to download i mean not able to find in the pie chart where to click as for this small amount is users is invisible to see in the pie chart.

Hi Pranjal,

I don't think so you can download the data from the dashboard as this dashboard is only for management report.

For downloading the real time analysis data either you have to run the report as mentioned by Alessandro for which you have to maintain the parameter 1052 and 1053 then only this report is going to work or else you have to run the risk analysis at user level in background in NWBC.

use the program GRAC_EXPORT_REPORT_SPOOL to export huge background jobs into a local file.
