template for scheduled monitoring of ECC and BI servers

Hi,

I am designing a master spreadsheet that will be a matrix to help schedule and methodically go through all the transaction codes and other 3rd party monitoring tools needed to monitor many SAP servers.

the spreadsheet needs to take in account:

3 ECC servers  (DEV, QAS, Prod), 3 BI servers (DEV, QAS, PROD)

All different main metrics to monitor

whether metrics are best monitored as: daily, weekly, monthly

Not overly difficult to put together but was wondering if anyone has an elegant and user friendly spreadsheet template they use (glorified checklist) for going  through their routine monitoring.  Please note: We have not yet leveraged our Solutions Manager as much as we could and would be manually running our transaction codes for the time being.
