TO label print issue

Hello,

I have an issue in label print from TO.

We are trying to reprint lables from TO, moving from and to same location to generate labels.

For other people, they can print labels, I was also able to do that util yesterday. Today these lables are printed on document printer.

Observations:

Configuration is good, no changes.

User Master data looks good. no changes.

Pls advise why, labels print on default document printer.

Hi Manu,

As per my understanding there are no issues in Configuration. Check with Basis team if they have changed any Printer Mappings.

I am actually a little confused about the printer names.

in your screen shot 6 I can see SAP printer G228 and G248

but in your printer control (screen shot 3) I see different printer names, probably your normal LAN device names.

I would actually expect the SAP network printer names in your OMLV customizing

As the SAP printers have to mapped to to the LAN printers, there might have been a change made by the basis team or LAN team, e.g. when they had to exchange a defect printer.
