Hi All,

Thanks.. Issue was due to port which got accidently locked. This was found while testing with http and https switching (changed in URL).

Hello All,

I have activated both the services and no logs found in sm21 as well. ICM ports are working fine and they are maintained as well

which services have you activated? If possible attach the screenshots of test connection fails.

Hi,

Can you please share the error text which you are getting while activating.

Checkpoints:

1.dev_icm logs

2.In SMICM-->services status

Try activating the services from Tx SICF and if they fail check the usual places like work process trace files, SM21

There is not enough info here, what do you mean by not running?...

Have you activated the services?, Have you published the services?... are the ICM ports maintained?... etc...
