Shipment document status issue VTTK-FBGST and freight customer billing issue VY304 error message.

Hi

I am creating a shipment document > shipment cost document and ten transferring it in FICO by a freight PO. Everything works fine but status in shipment document for calculation is not getting update properly. I have checked status in shipment cost document SCD and it is complete in header and item level but in shipment document SD it is partially processed for VTTK-FBGST field which is over all status and it is not processes for VTTK-FBSTA which is shipment cost calculation status.

I searched in SCN and for SAP notes as well found this following link where Neeraj Lal has discussed and suggested solution to somehow similar issue but this discussion is incomplete (my bad luck ) and may be Neeraj can help me here.

I also found SAP note 169272- Shipment Costs Calcul. Overall Status incorrect   which I thought is my solution but this note is for old releases and I couldn't implement it. There is another note 653014 - Info: Shipment overall status of calculation is 'B' but this couldn't help me out or may be I couldn't understand it correctly.

Is there anyone who have ever faced this issue? If you have any idea please let me know where I am missing something or is it program error?

Thank you for sharing this note. I actualy searched for notes but couldn't find this. I have checked all points mentioned in this note and everything is according to this note except one and this was the reason of my issue.

Also, Shipment Cost Relevant flag is set under Shipment cost calculation tab

either at the Header (VTTK-FRKRL) or at the Stages (VTTS-FRKRL).

In my case I had activated at header and stage both levels but now I changed it and activated only at stage level and it worked fine. Thank you once again for solving this issue for me

Sir could you please move this thread in SD or TM. I didn't get any respond here and I think I'd try in SD now as this is in ECC6.0 not in TM8 or TM9.
