Workflow for control design assessment

Hello Experts,

By using the planner "Control Design Assessment", we are able to send workflow to control owner.

But when we try to send the same workflow to more than one user (by assigning more than one control owners for the same control), all the assigned control owners are getting the workflow, however when any one of them responds to the workflow and submits it, the workflow received by the other control owners is getting closed without them responding to it.

So, is there any configuration setting whereby all the control owners should respond to the workflow?

Dear Ramakrishna,

change the task settings of this path to "All Approvers" instead of "Any one of Approvers".

This should actually fix your problem and all approvers have to approve.

Dear Ramakrishna,

I dont know your workflows. In MSMP configuration it is under  "Maintain Paths" and there for the particular path you can "Modify Task Settings" and set accordingly.
