Queue monitoring in Solman through CCMS

Hi All,

Can some one please help me to know how Queue monitoring(SMQ1 and SMQ2 in ECC system) is possible through CCMs.

Would be thank ful if somebody can provides me steps as to how we can configure queue monitoring.

Hi Prerna,

This is possible via Business Process Monitoring BPM as Interface Monitoring.

Check the setup guide for interface monitoring via BPM( this is based upon CCMS only)
