No Schedule Lines for Delivery upto selected date

Hi,

I have a scenario for Repairs order. Following are the steps of my scenario:

1. Create a Repair Order.

2. Create return delivery to recieve the faulty item.

3. Create Outbound Delivery to send a loaner item to customer (This item would be returned once the returned item is repaired and sent to customer)

4. Send the item after repairing.

5. Receive the loaner item.

When I am trying to create outbound delivery for Loaner item, i am getting an error "No Schedule Lines for Delivery upto selected date".

I have checked and verified the schedule line date.

I have checked for Confirmed Quantity.

Below are the screenshots. Please let me know how can this issue be resolved.

Delivery date in Sales order & VL01 is same. i.e.  05.03.2014. This was the forst thing that was checked.

Hi,

Could you please share the repair tab with all settings to understand this.

Note:I just simulated your scenario but not working.

I have sent a loaner item and then I checked pick up replacement in repair tab to get back that loner item and saved the order.While I am trying to do VL01N against that order system is not allowing..

Hi,

With reference of your screens,I can see there is no qty in the field loner hence you are getting issue.

1.May I know ,why you have checked indicator -Repair?

because ,you are not going to repair the goods.You are just sending loner items to customer.In this case what is the use of to indicate repair ?.

Hi narendra,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

1. The quantity for 'On loan' will only be updated, once the loaner item is sent to customer. But, in our case, we are under the process of creating outbound delivery which is not happening.Did you create outbound delivery in your case (At the time of taking the attached screenshot).

2. We wuld be repairing the faulty item. Loaner item will be sent to the customer and will stay until the customer's item is repaired. Hence Checked 'Repair'.

Hi,

Yes,I am able to send a loner item to customer thru VL01N ( did PGI also).But to pickup a loner item from customer process is not working in my case.

hi madhav,

please check delivery date in sales order & enter same date which is in sales order in VL01N.

In VL01N,maintain selection date as 05.03.2014 and press enter .
