How to get ESS/MSS Source Code

We are implementing ESS. Now we want to customize some views in ESS.

Could you please help me to how to do it ?

How can i get ESS source code for changing in code ?

Thanks for docs, this was little bit help full for us. For forwarding that doc's I am rewarding you by points. But presently we are stuckking on next step. we are facing following error at the time of importing ESS.sca file in CMS development tag. the error is:
