My company currently has a SAP implementation issue. Our Logistics department requires the ability to change delivery dates when routing.
For example we may have too many orders on a pick list for route 001 which is despatched on Fridays. There could be too many orders due to the weight restriction of our vans or too many orders to deliver in a working day. Therefore we need to have the possibility of blocking this delivery date on route 001 so when the Sales team raise further orders, they can't place them on for this Friday. The orders need to jump to the next available date which would be the following Friday.
Is this possible on SAP at all?
Many thanks
I guess there are few ways to do the analysis:-
1. Route Scheduling
2. Use an ATP userexit will a MAX value to determine the dates
3. VLSP if this is in the delivery.
