Checklist for PI system readiness

Dear Experts,

Do we have any checklist or document from SAP that talks about the checks to be done before starting the development in a new PI environment.

In this we case we have PI 7.31 AEX system. Kindly share the relevant checks that have to be done before we proceed with the build.

there are sap notes to perform readiness check, please refer the sap note 817920 (not sure if it is for 7.3).
