Shopping Cart Rejector Agent name not appearing in Approval Process Overview

Hi All,

We have a issue in which the name of the agent who rejects a shopping cart / PO is not visible in the approval process overview.

The field remains blank as shown in the below attached screen shot.

The name of the approver is getting correctly displayed.

Please advise.

Hi Sameer,

Since you are able to view Approver details for approver determined through BADI, but unable to view ADHOC approvers details; it looks like a bug from SAP.

Try opening an OSS message and report this to SAP.

Hi Sameer,

I believe that you need to check the details of line item shown in workflow overview. As I can recall, there is a small arrow at the beginning of each line if there are more details underneath of the overview line.

Can you scroll to left and click on that arrow to unhide more details? That should show who has rejected the workitem.
