Solman 7.1 Upgrade

Hi All,

We are planning an upgrade of our solution manager system from 7.0 to 7.1 and looking for help on performing this activity.

We have CHARM configured in our landscape and want to know the steps we need to perform to make sure the current Charm configuration is available on the Upgraded Solman.

Anyone who performed upgrade with similar scenario, please share your experience/inputs on this

I am not sure what additional details I need to provide, so please let me know if I need to provide more details.

Hi,

If you have CHARM already activated, it is good to close the old cycle and open the new cycle with the new transaction types in 7.1 to proceed further.

Rest all no impacts. but you need to proceed the configuration setups in 7.1 box after the upgrade
