Error Submitting Access Request GRC 10

Hi all,

I'm trying to submit a request to test my EAM workflow and after several tests that resulted in Error now when I try to submit new requests I'm getting the error "Request number retrieved from number range already exists in database".  I thought this error was cause because while putting my configuration together I setup the Number Range interval under User provisioning (object GRACREQNO) From number 00001 to Number 00010 but after updating the range From number 00001 to Number 00100 I'm still getting the same error message. Can someone explain what's the issue here?  Thanks

Can you increase the number range  from 0001 to 9999 and try.

Thanks that actually fix the issue, do you know why increasing the "To Number" to an extreme number would actually fix the issue?

Hi Jonathan,

Its possible that the all numbers may have already been used in that number range.So when you create a new one request  it tries to find a unique number out of that range but unable to get. So that may be reason it throws the error...
