I want Install and Configure LJS 0.4.14 for SAP Sourcing9.

Anyone know what are the detailed steps?

Hi Joao

SAP Sourcing On Premise doesn't support LJS. SAP Sourcing On Premise recommended and fully app server is SAP Netweaver 7.3.

Is there a specific reason you would like to implement on LJS?

Hello,

I have the following scenario:

Server A: SAP Sourcing

Server B: SAP Optimizer

In Server A I receive the following error in optimizer tab:

Request Queue jmsqueues/default/fs.optimization.AllocationRequestQueue

Request Queue State OFFLINE

Status Queue jmsqueues/default/fs.optimization.AllocationStatusQueue

Status Queue State OFFLINE

Halt Queue jmsqueues/default/fs.optimization.HaltAllocationQueue

Halt Queue State OFFLINE

The LJS corresponds to queue so I think that this component active the queue.

Do you have any experience with this scenario?

In brief ... I want put the optimizer working with Sourcing

I am the Product Manager for SAP Sourcing responsible for the Platform related topics with the application.

As I mentioned SAP Sourcing On Premise doesn't support LJS. This means that the Support will not be able to help or be able to provide any guidance on this matter, or provide any assistance for other issues that you might run up against, since you are implemented on an unsupported platform.

I would also like you to know that LJS is just a container and there is no native support for JMS, and doesn't have the appropriate JMS bundles included. My sincere suggestion and recommendation would be to have SAP Sourcing installed on SAP Sourcing 7.3

So this means that SAP Souring installed on SAP Netweaver 7.3 not need LJS?

Hi Joao

That is correct SAP Netweaver 7.3 is the only application server you will need to install and implement SAP Sourcing 9 On Premise.

Please reference the SAP Sourcing 9.0 On Premise Install or Master guide from the Service Market place for exact details.

But I have SAP Netweaver 7.3 installed in SAP Sourcing server and in SAP Sourcing optimizer and... the conection between Sourcing and Optimizer not work.

So what is your recomendations?

If you have followed the directions in the Install and Configuration guides available in Service Marketplace, then the next best thing to do is to open a ticket with SAP Support who should be able to get all the specific details necessary to get your issues resolved quickly.
