Dear Team,

We are getting so many ABAP dumps as LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND with exception CX_SY_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND in the ABAP program

/1CRMGC/SAPLBUS_TRANS_MSG___BW.

Hi,

The thread u mentioned is about error during upgrade of ERP6.0 EHP4. Here we are not doing any upgrade. When creating a service order we are getting those dumps.

Follow the following steps:

Middlware relevant programs should be generated via TA GNRWB in CRM.

Follow the steps for the same:

1. Go to transaction GNRWB in CRM System.

2. Select Repository Object as BUS_TRANS_MSG (on the left) having the type as 'MSG'

3. Select all of the Generator (services) : BWA_REL_CHECK (on the right)

4. Press Generate.

Is any recent activity performed on the system like patching or kernel upgrade ?

If yes, whether SGEN was executed post this ?

Are the dumps related to one program only ? If yes, try to regenerate the program using SE38.

Hi,

No activity has been performed. All the dumps are related to one programme only. When trying to create a service order in CRM production system we are getting the dump.

Your system is not exist this program: SAPMSSY1.  Check with your basis team and ask him to follow the below thread.
