we got error when  doing sldcheck in my solutionmanger7.1,  how to troubleshoot the issue, i have attachec the screen shot

Hello Vreddy,

In addition to above , please check if

1. You have provided correct details in RZ70 and SLDAPICUST transactions.

2. SLD gateway is reachable

3. Connection test for SLD_UC and SLD_NUC is fine

Hi Vreddy,

Hope you have completed System Preparation and Basic Configuration steps using solman_Setup for Solution Manager.

When you perform SLD setup all the settings for SLD are performed by the setup.

Please check if

• The destination SAPSLDAPI exists in SM59 and same has been registered in Visual Admin Jco connections in Solution Manager.
• Solution Manager SLD is up and running.

Below SAP note for details provide further details :

1792250 - RFC destination SAPSLDAPI does not exist

Hope you have checked SAP note 1792250 - RFC destination SAPSLDAPI does not exist I have referred.
