Reg: Unable to see Alert classification in ALRTCATDEF

Dear Experts,

I had created alert category under alert classification in TCODE: ALRTCATDEF,

After transporting into Quality PI system I could see the alert classification and its alert category,

but when i transport the same request to my Production PI system, I couldnt see my customized alert classifications.

I have checked the roles assigned, all the roles assigned to the user are similar.

Note: I could see the alert rules in RWB.

Any specific roles to be assigned to view the alert classification.

Hi Sai - When you select the alert rule it also display the alert category under which they are defined in rwb? check the bottom of the page.. If it is under the different folder then i believe it displays the folder path too..

Hi Sai,

its strange behavior....please check under unclassified folder.

Also provide the screenshot of DEV or QAT sys similar to above
