issue with screen variants for Sales Documents

Hello,

I have been trying to hide some columns and fields in the sales order, Quotation and Contract using SHD0 but the system request for a Package (see Screenshot attached). What Package is used for transaction VA01, VA21 and VA41 accordingly? I need a full guide on how to hide columns and fields in sales documents.

You can choose your default package for SD module transports.
Most of the time they are custom created earlier, like  ZSD or anything like that,
search for Z* and you'll get a list of possible custom packages. Use one.
