Item 001 order XXXX budget almost exhausted

Dear Experts,

We are getting issue in SRM 5.0 while creation of shopping carts - Cost assignment is Internal Order.

If the Internal Order reaches 80% of its Budget Utilization, system is showing error - "Item 001 Order XXX Budget almost exhausted"

We tried in ECC 6.0 by creating PO manually with the Internal Order it shows warning message till 100% of its budget Utilization.

Is this Standard behavior ?

How this can be resolved ? Any suggestion please.

Please check if any enhancements are present.

Check the available budget for the order apart from comitted budget in ecc system with tcode KO23. Check if PO delivery date is in the same year as the budget maintained. Else it will check the budget in a different year.

Hi,

If you are SRM system is connected to backend ECC system and budgeting and avaibllity control is active for the company code or controlling area, then you can define tolerance limit for avaiblity control. Please check the below path.
