Dear Experts,
NetWeaver 7.4
I am creating a new track for my webdynpro java applications.
I have created a new software component, added dependency, created domain, and added this software component in the track.
In the domain the Transport Directory what i have maintained is usr/sap/JTrans.
Folder CMS/inbox is created automatically in JTrans after updating the CMS.
Now when I go to Transport Studio, selects my track no files are shown for Check In.
I have gone thorugh many post which says that I have to upload the dependency .SCA file in the CMS/inbox which are:
COMP_BUILDT
ECM-CORE
ENGFACADE
ENGINEAPI
ESCONF_BUILDT
FRAMEWORK
MOIN_BUILDT
SAP_BUILDT
WD-RUNTIME
Now, I am unable to figure that from where I will get these dependes SCA file to be uploaded to the CMS/inbox .
Kindly suggest.
Warm regards
Upendra Agrawal
Hi,
yes, you need to download the SCA files from the marketplace and put them into the CMS inbox.
One example regarding sap_buildt:
http://service.sap.com/patches
--> Browse our Download Catalog
--> SAP NetWeaver and complementary products
--> SAP NetWeaver
--> SAP NETWEAVER 7.4
--> Entry by Component
--> Application Server Java
--> DI BUILD TOOL 7.40
--> # OS independent
--> here you find on the bottom of the page all available SPs of 740 SAPBUILDT
This note might be useful as well.
#1259604 – CMS check-in tab: Not all files from inbox are displayed
I hope this helps
Best Regards,
Ervin

Hello Ervin,
Thank you for the reply. This is what I was looking for.
The only one doubt I have now is that in the note 1457908 - Required SCs for Specific Type of Development in 7.3 Track,
it is mentioned that I have to add a software component FRAMEWORK for WebDynpro Development.
Now, when I am going to
http://service.sap.com/patches
--> Browse our Download Catalog
--> SAP NetWeaver and complementary products
--> SAP NetWeaver
--> SAP NETWEAVER 7.4
--> Entry by Component
--> Application Server Java
I cannot find the component name FRAMEWORK.
There are other components with framework name in them like
FRAMEWORK_EXT
J2EE_FRAMEWORK ...etc.
I am not able to figure out which FRAMEWORK component I should download?
It would be very helpful if you can please suggest me for the same.
Warm Regards,
Upendra Agrawal
