Helllo,

Also,my first step is to download from the market place, both DB dependent and independent files as per below.

[First of all, go to the SAP Service Marketplace (service.sap.com), and download your desired kernel version:

Downloads --> SAP Support Packages --> Entry by Application Group --> SAP NetWeaver --> SAP Netweaver --> SAP Netweaver <version> --> Entry by Component --> <select component> --> <select your system version> --> #Database independent (this is the part I. In the same step, select your database to download the part II of the package).]

What should be my component here?

thanks,

uday

Hi,

Kindly refer SAP Notes  1366275 - Work proc. terminations after runtime errors (C stack dump)

1612404 - Work process termination when selecting large datasets

Also suggest you to update Database library with latest one 522

Thanks,

Hi Udaya,

Kindly share dev_w0 log file from the system. Also this issue relates with your kernel.Try to update your kernel patch with the latest available as per your landscape & recommends you to refer SAP Note 1091362.

Thanks

Hi Udaya,

Note 1091362 - Syslog: Call with invalid lock owner

Though this note is older, here also issue is resolved with kernel update.

Your kernel release is 720 path 201 which is pretty old. Currently we have patch 500 available.

Please update the kernel and check the results.

Hope this helps.
