Hi,

from portal system we are accessing CRM system .

we are getting below error message  .

session manager will not work

Please check the DSM log file for details.

You can turn off this alert inside Support Desk -> SAP Application

I have found SAP Note 868477 - Disabling Session Management Alerts

but I am not found Service-Configuration -> Applications option .

(Systemadministartion -> Systemconfiguration -> Service-Configuration -> Applications.)

Portal Version : 7.31

Systemadministartion - Support - Application Integration and session management - Management alerts

I have set to off

But still getting pop up .

Please help

Hi Mohsin,

Refer SAP Note 1334956 - Various problems that solved by using FQDN in portal URL

Maintaining proper FQDN in configurations helps in resolving such issues.

Hi Deepak,

In Default profile FQDN entry is not correct .

hostname.dc-country.de

hostname:sidadm 2> grep FQDN *

DEFAULT.PFL:SAPFQDN = dc-country.de

DEFAULT.PFL:SAPLOCALHOSTFULL = $(SAPLOCALHOST).$(SAPFQDN)

can we correct enrty in Default profile ?

Please ensure correct FQDN is maintained in all SAP profiles.
