Result analysis settlement

Hi,

We are calculating result analysis  for a project and setteling it

We are following POC method based on costs. while setteling i am getting a message there are no accrued amounts for settlement

Planning of costs and revenues has been completed for the WBS, actual costs have been posted but there are no actual revenues.

  planned cost :1000

  Planned revenue :2000   actual costs =500

  POC= 500/1000= 50%;  revenue to be recognised=  50% of 2000 i.e 1000

RA is calculating this Revenue effeting net income but unable to settle, system is giving message there are no accrued amounts  for settlement

Please guide me
