How to add mulitple emails for one user for alert configuration in sap pi

Hi All,

I have done alert configuration by giving user ids in Fixed Receipients.

But Every Time when I need to add new email ID , Iam creating one user and adding i Fixed Receipients.

Instead of this how to add multiple email ids

I have seen in sap forums that to create a Distribution list in SO23 and use the DL in Fixed receipient.

But It is  not allowing DL .

Please help me out.

In SU01, for a user How to assign the DL. Please help me in detail.

Hi Lalitha,

you need to create a user and in place of email address assign the distribution list (group email address). So when you need to add or remove users just add and remove from email  distribution list
