Cancel/Delete the BPM Process in PI 7.1

HI Experts,

I have a BPM where there is a wait step to receive the ADRMAS acknowledgment, if it is done the the DEBMAS will go to SAP system.

Even though acknowledgment is received, the outbound status of BPM is still "Message Being sent" status.

I have cancelled all the related workflows in "SWWL" t-code. But the status still the same. Please help me is there any other way to cancel the entire process itself.
