Project Builder: User-specific option

Hello All,

In CJ20N, Worklist is showing only 5 Last Project Processes. As per my understanding this number can be increase till 20 by following Menu Path: Settings > Options and here we can change "Number of Projects" field valuw upto 20.

But this field "Number of Projects" is not visible in my system. Does anybody know why this is occuring or is there any settings that I need to do? Please suggest.

Hi...

you need to activate enhancement OPS_PS_CI_1.

Please check Project System - Business Functions (SAP Enhancement Package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0) - SAP Library

for details....Specifically the Project Builder part...

ps you can access enhancements through transaction SFW5

Hi,

Yes if you activate business function you can see the last projects processed on the same.

You can use minimum 1 to maximum 20 projects (last processed projects) will shown when your in CJ20N screen.

Take help from your Basis team to activate and check.

Tha path you have mentioned

Menu path:Setting>options>

There is no option for "number of projects"

Here option is Hierarchical  level only--> which means upto which level wbs-elements visible in project automatically,when you option it

Check It again.
