Archive PO

Dear All,

Certain PO need to be archived at first place.

The preproc process has been done. (production mode)

The write process has been done. (production mode)

The delete process has NOT been done.

We can see that the line item in those PO has been marked deleted.

At this moment, can we,  and how can we reverse the "write process" ?

When you perform PRE- PROCESSING the program will set Deletion indicator to the PO line items so that it will termed as Archived , so you need to reverse this effect in order to over come the message.

Please use this SAP note it explains how to remove deletion indicator on PO which has been set by PRE PROCESSING program

Hi Anthony,

Please mark those archiving sessions as invalid and then try to remove deletion indicator.

Hi Anthony,

In SAP, when you execute pre-processing steps, entries are blocked from modification as archive flag is set on those items.

Until you execute deletion process, entries will still exists in the SAP tables. You can still view them in SE16.

In ME22N select PO line item and then click on unlock icon it will reset delete indicator.

The unlock icon is de-activated.

System said that the PO has been archived.

(the write process has been done)

Hi Anthony,

select the line item and  click on "undelete/unblock " button in me22n

If it is still disable click on "display/change F7" button

When I press F7, there is a message saying purchase Document xxxxx has already been archived
