Output Messages are not getting populated in Communications tab in Customs Document Header

Hi

Although I have done all the below configs,but I don't see Output Messages are getting populated in Communications tab in Customs Document Header.

1.Assigned Action Profile to Custom Declaration and Legal regulation combination

2.Assigned Process template to Legal Regulation

Akhil,

Please maintain Default Rules for Output Determination.

Go to transaction /sapsll/menu_legal->Customs Management->Master Data->Default Data->Define rules for Output determination.

You will then find messages in the declaration.

Whenever you come across similar issues, your first level of troubleshooting should be to check the determination log in the communication tab of declaration.
