Data Provider implementation '/IWFND/OM_MGW_NOTIF_0001_UC' '01' 'DEFAULT' does not exist

Hi all,

We are trying to implement HR renewal.After installation we got the landing page for ESS and MSS. But when trying to expand chips I am getting below error message

'Data Provider implementation '/IWFND/OM_MGW_NOTIF_0001_UC' '01' 'DEFAULT' does not exist' in the /iwfnd/error_log  transaction.

The chips are are still blank.What could be the issue? Any one has an idea?

Hello,

It seems you are missing the "software version" on the system alias management.

Have you checked this?

Hello David,

I gave software version as default. And Some tiles are loading correctly.

Some has above issue. Do we need application based software version?

Hello,

Are you using a Gateway Hub deployment? Check the setting in the "Assign SAP system Aliases to ODATA Services", and see if the services catalog service to the hub server which has LOCAL as alias and checked the default value.

If so deactivate Default System fiag then test again.

I got his error because I tried to re implement this particular service which was not required. Only the service mentioned in the installation manual is needed for respective applications.

Did you have any clue on that matter ?  I'm facing this issue while I'm trying to set up the workfeed in HR Renewal.  But I have this error log in the Gateway with the /IWFND/OM_MGW_NOTIF_0001_UC.

Did you get the error: "Data Provider implementation '/IWFND/OM_MGW_NOTIF_0001_UC' does not exist"?

If yes, try this - create an entry in the view /IWFND/V_MGDPIM for

'/IWFND/OM_MGW_NOTIF_0001_UC' '01' 'DEFAULT'.

You can also try deactivating the service and re-active it. or delete the OData Service "notification store"and re-implement it.

At first, I have the record with value '6' as the Type.

I added the record with '1' value.

It was due to some RFC destinations were not created and the service was active.
