POWL shadowing not working

Hi,

I am facing querly lock issue in POWL.

I followed all the steps in below link but still POWL shadowing is not working.

Do any thing need to be configured at portal side?

How can i test it.

Hi Praveena,

First please also check the links in the following KBA:

1594585 - Query 'XXX' is already open in another session

If shadowing is activated, please delete all the locked entries in trx sm12 for the test user.

Then logon to portal as this test user and navigate to one query. After this open this query in another session as same user to see if error persists.
