Result recording in Quality management

Hi,

I have created one material with Base unit EA. I have create inspection plan against the material.

Material stock available on site for the batch with 20 qnt.

while going to make result recording the inspect qnt will showing with same qnt (20) on batch.

But when my base unit in article is Meter(M) and doing same process, it will show by default 1 in inspect in result recording.

Base unit in EA

IF Base unit in Meter (M)

Please suggest for the same.

we do not use sample procedure.

Check in material master whether 'm' is maintained as alternate unit of measurement.

if 2ea=1m in material master and inspection plan is having 'm' as unit then in that case this behavior is observed.

But i want to do my result recording with available stock on batch with base unit M.

In this case in result recording, in inspect it will showing by default 1 but stock available on batch with 100 M.

So 100 M will come in the inspect.

What will i do so that it will fetch the 100 M in inspect and result recording will done for that inspect qnt?

Dear Hiren,

It is depend on your sampling procedure which you used in inspection plan.

If you want to sample inspect quantity will be same as inspection lot quantity then you need to change Sampling type = 100 % inspection in QDV2.

Please create new lot after changes and check it is work or not.
