Patch approval error getting from solution manager

Hi,

We are getting error while downloading patch approval from solution manager. As reference below error, I have checked this note 982045 & put valid user id & password of the service market place there but error is getting same. Here following error screen as mentioned below. please suggest us.

hope you have correctly configured the SAPOSS destination in SM59, please test the connection and paste the log.

Hello Abhijit,

If your SAP OSS connection works you cant use alternatively FM /TMWFLOW/MO_UI_BASKET_AUTHORIZ

This error is getting while its going to logon saprouter.

Hi Abhijit,

Please check below SAP Note :

33135 - Guidelines for OSS1

Additionally if you are using SNC connection :

1178684 - No service connection:"SNC processing failed"

Once the correct settings are maintained in OSS1 then you can check the settings in SAPOSS RFC connection and test working of same.

Hi,

As well as, below error also coming ....

Hi Abhijit,

SAP Note 1178684 is applicable only if you are using SNC connection; usually SNC connections are established between two SAPRouters.

Is this the current scenario ?

Further you can check SAP router installation process and possible options in below SAP note:
