Hi,
Can any one help me to understand the use of IDOC Process in QM???
In which scenarios we will use IDOC in QM.

IDOC will help you to create transaction or master data documents in SAP from external file.
Are you specific in using IDOC only?? If so, whats that transaction data??
Have you tried other methods like BAPI, BDC Program or other techniques??
