SAP Upgrade

Hello,

How do i log a ticket to SAP so that i can receive an encryption key. Guide me on the steps to follow.Need to upload my db ASAP for them to check on it. Your response will be highly appreciated.

You need to have a S-user ID and appropriate authorizations to log incidents.
