Hi Pavan,

Please share the result of these two reports Z_CORR_BUT000 from SAP Note 1034607 & ZBPREL_RELATIONS_CORRECT from SAP Note 893900 (The database requires cleaning up) which i recommended earlier.

Also follow   836353 - Correction Report for inconsistencies in BUT052/ADCP tables

Hi Gaurav

As far as i understood is that table entrie which is missing not existing in database. If we ran the program which is mentioned . It wont be helpful as it is written as no database changes.

Am having on idea as import and export of table. I mean take a export of BUT000 table from another system and we can import in our system to remove the inconsistency.

Please share your views. Btw I required the entire data in the table..

Thanks,

Pavan.

Hi Pavan,

Yes , you can do that. That's the other way to resolve this issue. Before doing that take care of your current table by exporting it.

If I have understood you correctly there is an inconsistency with the ABAP and Database.

What I have understood from your above reply is that the table is not present at the DB level. Am I correct ?

Have you tried to adjust the database table using the database utility ? - Tx SE14

There is an option called "Activate and adjust database"

Hi Pavan,

Table BUT000 : BP: General data - Contains Business Partner Number, Partner Category, Partner Type, First Name, Last Name etc.

As said by Rafikul, you can perform this export import of table entries(strongly recommend to take backup of that table) before doing any procedure.

Thanks

Hi Pavan,

Have you checked the SAP note 1248769 - Inconsistency between database and ABAP Dictionary

Hi Pavan,

Assume that this is not a fresh system and you have already applied the required SAP bundle patch with the help of oracle tool MOpatch as per note 1027012.

If the above is true please check the steps mentioned in SAP Note 1248769 - Inconsistency between database and ABAP Dictionary.

Hi Pavan,

Will you please check this with the below utility.

SE11 -> <Tabname> -> Execute -> Utilities -> Runtime Object -> Check"

and activate the tables.

Regarding the issue you are getting I would also suggest you to

check SAP Notes:

731  Collective note: ORA-00904 and

648203     Database objects with INVALID status

Thanks,

Gaurav

Hi Pavan,

ORA-00904 string: invalid identifier

Cause: The column name entered is either missing or invalid.

Action: Enter a valid column name. A valid column name must begin with a letter, be less than or equal to 30 characters, and consist of only alphanumeric characters and the special characters $, _, and #.

If it contains other characters, then it must be enclosed in double quotation marks. It may not be a reserved word.

Can you activate the table in SE14 and check the results.

Hope this helps.

Deepak Kori
