Hi All,
We have alert configurations for all the errors at IE and AE.
But for response timeout issues for SOAP Sync scenarios Alerts are not triggering.
Please help me.
The option suppress multiple alerts in alert rule is enabled.
Can you explain me what is the purpose of it.

HI Lalitha,
If you select suppress multiple alerts then it will not allow to create new alert with the same type of error occurs again. That is why new alerts are not coming to your inbox. Just try to delete the alerts by using the program suggested by SARKAR or else go to rwb -->inbox and complete them.

Loordh.
Hi
The suppress multiple alerts prevents the system to send multiple alerts for the same alert category and rule in a specific time frame.
For example suppose simultaneously you got 50 alerts for 50 different messages for same alert category, Then you will receive only one 1 alert message all the failures.
Hope this is clear.
Thank you all.
I habe dsiabled the check box of suppress multiple alerts. It is working now.

FAILED TRANSACTIONS in rule 20120210 - Transactions Failed in IE and AE is the alert categroy name and rule name .
Please adivce..

Hi
I think you have choose the option suppress multiple alerts in alert rule.
So go to the alert inbox from run time work bench and confirm all the existing alerts by reading it.
You can delete the existing alert message using program RSALERTPROC in SE38.
Then probably you will get the new alert.
Hi
What is the status of the message in MONI. Is it in failed status or the flag is marked as processed.
Does your communication channel turns red in RWB?
