HTTPS configuration on SAP ERP 6

Dear Experts,

Client needs to activate Web UI in SAP ERP 6 with HTTPS.

We already having SSL wildcard certificate from some vendor. I have tried importing certificate from STRUST and succeeded but

WEB UI still says "SWITCH TO HTTPS FAILED".

There are lots of links in help.sap.com but i am unable to map it to my requirement.

Kindly guide me what are the steps i have to perform in order to make it https.

System Details: SAP ECC6 on Windows 2003 and MS SQL 2005
